Abstract:
The proposal introduces two fundamental changes:

Loyalty Airdrop:

  • Any unclaimed rewards are returned to the treasury for future campaigns.

Gameplay Drops:
Implement shorter, one-month seasons instead of six-month seasons.

As with the Loyalty Airdrop, claiming early will result in forfeiting unvested rewards, which will be returned to the treasury.

Rationale:
The Loyalty Airdrop’s shorter vesting period allows participants to either unlock 50% of their rewards immediately or remain vested for the full three-month period to receive the entire amount. Claiming early will result in forfeiting the remaining rewards to ensure ecosystem stability and support future campaigns. Similarly, the one-month seasons for Gameplay Drops encourage regular engagement while following the same vesting structure. Any unclaimed rewards are returned to the treasury for future use.

is the whole season 1 month or is it still 6 months, but split in little 1 month seasons for pay out?

  • id prefer the forfeited 50% are distributed to the people who are still vesting. So the total amount of token airdropped remains 250K.

Unnecessary to give the excess to people already receiving the airdrop. They are incentivized by vesting longer. This means we can do another campaign with the tokens left over and it reduces the amount the DAO needs to put in.
As reads, no bonus for locking up longer. It's not needed with one-month seasons.

The total offered remains 250k it people choose to forego rewards so be it, better for the DAO

Overall solid proposal. I think 3 month vest is more palletable generally speaking and this all looks less extreme. I'd still make it <30% unlocked straight away and >70% forfeited. But that's just me

On the 30/70 split. If it's not enticing enough to want to claim early it defeats the purpose of providing an option that will ultimately spread out the unlocks. A vast majority will just stick with the end of the Airdrop period. Having it at 50 gives better agency for players to decide if they want it now or later while benefitting the dao in two ways. Spread out unlocks and chance to keep 50% to be utilized in the future.

Great! Give more chances to people to fade ILV and keep the treasury healthy.

The more paper hands the stronger the DAO as oposed to other airdrops that just give away stuff and get their community dumped upon.

This vesting period its not the same as our staking?
I mean after 3 months if I want to stake it to receive RevDis I need to claim and stake it?
