I think a rank to easy spot who is fresh and who is here for a good while and should know whats going on would be nice.
it would help a lot, since we are all so used to everyone being on top of the project and aware of new things to come.

As nice as this would be for all of the ogs, it doesn’t help the newbies or the project. We need our experienced old hands to help educate and on board the future masses.

Guilds will probably offer a more specialised and quiet place for ogs.

Maybe not a new channel, but a different Name Colour or Even a 'OG' role would be nice.
