#Addressing IIP-49 from Kieran!

What nobody of you seems to have taken care of regarding Kieran's newest IIP is that, as far as I could tell so far is that we won't get any fuel sale revenue until the day when the pool is going to be distributed (right now after ten months from the launch of Illuvium Zero) what means everyone who planned to use his land to pay for the Overworld runs is going to be unable to do so what's unacceptable.

Second of all, as far as I remember, is ETH what the pool will be filled with?
Well, who's going to cover the ups and downs of ETH when let's say, everything goes down the drain while all the ETHs are locked in the pool, and everyone is getting even further diluted in regards to landholders/land players?
All the ILV stakers have gotten their share of the hype, while Illuvium Zero landholders would again be left behind.

Last but not least, this hasn't been thought through at all, and the fact that it has been posted directly in governance instead of in the feedback channel shows the attitude that has also been put into the IIP.

In conclusion, in my personal opinion, if this IIP goes through, it will make it even worse since it doesn't address the real issues (not launching with OB) but instead just tries to shut us down instead of getting us to a point where the clear goal is to get Illuvium Zero playable right from the beginning.

Before everyone now comes in with the argument, you have been given a fuel airdrop, you have been offered this IIP from Kieran, and so on; GIVE US A BREAK - nobody asked for this fuel airdrop, and neither did anyone ask for such an IIP, which has been introduced to us today by Kieran which doesn't even cover anything crucial what has been asked for over the last few weeks, so how about we're starting to talk about real stuff - like the following.

I will throw an idea here in the room and grab some popcorn to see if this community can still discuss something constructively, where critical thinking/writing isn't shut down right away by the moon boys and outcalls.

So I invite everybody to stay calm, leave the emotions in front of the door, and let us talk about what will bring us forward because, in the end, nobody is going to win if the community fights each other during the launch.
Right now, the odds are pretty good that there will be an ongoing fight or heated debate if there isn't a solution that addresses the real issue and doesn't try to tape it (shut it down)!

Base IDEA (subject to change)

I want to bring up the following to a discussion: Illuvium Zero shouldn't be delayed by saying it will take us a few weeks after the Open Beta launch to bring you an interconnected Illuvium Zero game in a playable state—no, absolutely not.
Instead, a penalty should be applied for every week passing, with a high starting value rising exponentially every week for as long as it takes the team to deliver Illuvium Zero.

This would bring us to a position where it's a win-win and where there is going to be zero room for written excuses, or whatsoever, cause as far as I could tell over the years since I've been part of this Discord channel (1. Oct 2021) once we're talking about the Revenue of the DAO we get things quite quickly done.

So why not this time as well?

How this penalty looks has to be debated, but it has to be something that cannot be taken simply into account.
So, I was thinking about something like part of the weekly fuel sales, which are distributed to every single person who is actively playing the F2P Illuvium Zero game and can be tracked via the airdrop points, for example.
For sure, this would just go solely for those who own P2E lands and are waiting for its launch; how much everyone gets (open for debate) could be weighted on which type of lands you own and how many of each or if you're an owner of a Megacity.
What would allow us landholders to play Overworld with the "income from penalty" where, in the meantime, the land we have been promised will be playable is in a high-priority development state?

I still have faith in this project; that's why I'm still caring for it, and I wrote all of this up just to make this clear.
