This idea is inspired by @gusty herald and @final dust ideas:

Since the illuvial training gyms/grounds ideas received such widespread approval, this thread aims to expand upon both of these ideas.

The gym building would be accessible to all land plot tiers, including F2P. Each landowner would have the opportunity to utilize this building to level up their own illuvials or rent the space to other players.

The core idea here, distinct from the previous ones, is to establish a player-driven renting space market, where players can set their prices for others to level up their illuvials in their gyms. The DAO would take a fee for this service, with the fee's percentage decreasing as the land plot tier increases.

Leveling up one's own illuvials would only require elements up to the land tier. For instance, a T0 plot can only level up T0 illuvials without requiring fuel, while a T1 plot can level up T1 illuvials, and so forth. It's always possible to level up higher-tier illuvials than the land plot tier, but it would cost fuel.

Illuvial staking would be introduced, allowing landowners to stake up to X number of their illuvials in the gym building, effectively acting as gym teachers and providing an XP boost to that illuvial line. The value of X could increase with the building level, starting as low as 1 for the level 1 building. At the maximum building level, if all staked illuvials share the same base affinity or class, it would boost the XP not only for that illuvial line but for all illuvials of the same base affinity or class.

This would create an environment where there exists a variety of choices, allowing players to select the gym that best suits their interests, considering factors such as land tier, rental price and the illuvials staked in it for higher XP bonuses.

# final dust so you basically swapping the hustle from ranger to landowners? Like the landown...
  • "so you basically swapping the hustle from ranger to landowners? Like the landowner with the gym has to look out for illuvials to train and pick them?"
No no no, it's still the ranger who selects the gym they want put their illuvials training. The landowner having to stake illuvials into the building only increases the XP boost to the matching illuvials put there.

  • "And make it for free for a part of your own illuvials, depending on illuvial tier and land tier?"
yes leveling your own illuvials up to the land tier would only cost elements.

  • "EXP boost with stacking is just for the gym or meant in general for the landowner?"
this XP boost would be only for rangers that use that gym, not for the landowner.

my idea was for higher tier lands to have to pay a lower fee to the DAO. This could be something like 40% for F2P, 30% for T1, 20% for T2, 10% for T4 and 5% for T5.

the percentages were just an example

to me this is a slam dunk.

having a T4 landplot and being able to level up T4 illuviuals without paying fuel is a great incentive to build a gym.

#

while e.g. having a T0 F2P plot you don't want to level T0 illuvials but you can open it up to receive fuel for the ones who wanna use it.

idk, to mee paid land is for making profits.
benefits like that i would implement in f2p plots.

are you kidding are you saying leveling up high tier illuvials without having to pay ain't making profit?

like as a t4 holder you most likely don't waste space for lvling your own illuvials a bit instead of using production boost to make gains.

rustic river
#

well that all depends on what's the price for high tier leveled illuvials

this is very similar to your idea with a few tweaks and instead of a fixed price we create a dynamic player-driven market economy

The gym training market should be accessible through the website/mobile app, at Sanctum Mesa in the OW and through the Gym building in IZ.
