Land owners should earn 5% of all revenue and not just of fuel revenue. If you think I am talking about free money for landowners, no, the landowners need to work for it and make decisions what they prefer to do and from what part of the revenue they get the 5%. Let me explain.
For each revenue generator for the DAO, there will be a function on the land that is linked to that. To make the land even more fun and dynamic, some games get a specific building added that provides something for the new game.
You develop a Racing game, landowners build a car factory and can create cars that are for sale. They receive 5% of the car revenue and DOA 95%.
You develop a space game, landowners can build the space ships, they get 5% and DOA gets 95%.
You develop Beyond, landowners are able to create Illuvitar DISKS that can be sold, maybe with a certain logo at the right bottom, just like the Alpha sales, 5% goes to landowners and 95% goes to DAO.
Etc. etc. Land owners can choose what they build,
create and sell or maybe just go 100% for fuel. When they sell cars, 5% of the total sale of the cars is divided pro rata only with the land owners that make the cars. When they sell space ships 5% of space ship sales is divided pro rata with the space ship land owner builders, etc.
The resource landmark in T3 is kind of useless at the moment as it only benefits a bit in the beginning and as soon as everything is build you don’t need resources. Yes you might be able to sell / trade it, but it will become worthless and other players can almost get it for free in the market place. So to build a car, a DISK, a space ship, you need resources instead of fuel.
