the idea is to have all the prices be chosen in usd then auto matched to the eth value and then change the eth value to fit the usd value whenever eth changes.

The things for sale right now are being sold by random people and not by illuvium. These NFTs are listed for sale on the ImmutableX network and appear on the IlluviDex. ImmutableX like most crypto networks lets people choose what token they want to receive as payment in exchange for their NFT. Most list as ETH but they could have chosen USDC if they wanted their price to be set in usd.
ImmutableX is not going to change how the network works. Illuvium can’t change how ImmutableX works.
My guess is many people prefer having eth value impact their NFTs anyways.

I dissagree, Illuvium has a good relation with immutible x and could convince them to put this feature into place, in addition it could be an optional feature so that people who wanted eth to impact there nft's could have it that way
