<@&814435151307866142> As this is directly related to your deliberations on IIP-45 validity I respectfully request you consider this factual analysis of IIP-20 and clarity of the language revision it brings to show that IIP-45 changes the intent of the original landholder revenue agreement in an unfair manner and should be declined in its entirely and without revision based on the original intent of IIP-20 as shown in the analyis.
