Holo you need to have at least 6 different illuvitar (expression count as well) from liquid set. So no needfor anything too much like ebb or ram

I think that a condition for holo diskplate cannot be something that can be done via wash trading. i.e. buyng/holding x disks, x illuvitars. Cuz you can then order the diskplate and sell.
We can either check for x amount minted disks or x amount of loaded disks. We can have both conditions, also. And I lean toward the load disk option, as it will allow people to still qualify for it. You're no longer able to mint disks, but you can still purchase on secondary and load them.
As for prices, I think just paying production costs/shipping should be good enogh, as people have essentially already paid for it. Unless there's an option to order these by people who have not minted or loaded any disks.

Personally I think this should have been offered as an incentive whilst the sale was live, as it wasn't, the heat is off and I don't think many will be that interested now, not enough to justify any sort of workload to make it happen.

Personally, I did not really like the gs d1skplate (it's basically just gathering dust and taking up space right now). Imo, regular d1skplates are much nicer. And I'll proudly hang them on my wall. But that might just be me.
To be clear, I'm not against having these d1skplates made available. I just won't be buying one. And if not purchasable, I don't see a fair way to pick and choose who would be eligible.

I like the idea but I think it's too late. This should have been done during the TL sale if it was going to be done.
