Add Settings->Audio->Disable emote sounds

It can be extremely frustrating when you're losing a match & your opponent is spamming emote sound effects at you.

It would be good to have the option to specifically disable emote sounds in the settings menu. (Along with the current SFX volume options for Ambient sounds, Illuvials sounds, Interface sounds)

We should be able to block emotes enterily, not just the sound

Im sure its already in the plans but those type of QOL arent priority at this point
