They can come from sales or Rewards for pvp.

Make it a m0zart skin, cause if the reward is some illuvial you didn’t catch or use, would kinda suck to have a skin for it. While m0zart everyone has, therefore the skin will have more value and can played on every team

It's a nice idea, but also needs to be balanced with maintaining value of ILZ blueprints. More and more skins outside of zero will decay this value and just needs to be well thought out and planned, which to me means we need to get rolling with this game and see where the value is and where there are really gaps before deciding to add more skins this early on.
