It would be cool to incentives deck creation and sharing.

Paying people to do your homework for you. A trade as old as time itself

warm hare

Other way around, get paid to be good at building decks

Yes, getting paid to do the work for others. I honestly don't expect this to be necessary tbh, so many people will be sharing without incentives

#

And you can see the deck that ends up kicking your ass right at the start of the battle

pay fuel to get the lastest deck from zz cap - bc he has the best cheese

idk think it would be cool

#

micro payments and shiiit

I'm not the voice of the people so maybe and there will be a market for people who want to sell their theorycrafting knowledge/decks regardless but I doubt ILV will be involved or needed to be for it to thrive.

#

partly stuck on ruining the fun of learning by constantly just buying the info on the new meta

More profit to the dao and doesn't hurt anyone ability to be good.

But thanks for the thoughts brah

I don't expect to happen soon but it is a no brainer when time permits

# bright wyvern You can Screen cap the first part of the match to copy someone team though.

It's pay to be lazy. Not pay to win.

Imagine you can subscribe to someone who is keeping on top of all the meta changes in the game.

Evaluating all the data, and watching all the games.

They release an update:

New build early game empath with air and nature with the transition to empath/fighter with fire for end game. (kinda making this up but working on this build now)

As a sub, you don't know what that is exactly, but this person has a good reputation, and that might help you beat Viper who is doing XYZ.

You pay a couple dollars (in fuel or eth) to import the deck quickly.

#

-metas evolve faster
-gives everyone access to the lastest thinking is decks without needing a analyst
-Profit for some smart ppl and the dao
-scrapy ppl can still just copy by hand

I just see you explaining exactly what streamers are. Like we have and people will become a streamer and offer free helper videos and if they really want can offer paid in depth guides and new meta deck builds. Though if they are popular enough they get ad revenue to begin with

I don’t really like the optics of the illuvium team selling what the best deck is either based on recent patch and balance updates. Trying to think of any companies that do stuff like that. Obviously guide books used to be a thing but largely got replaced by the free web with wikipedia and youtubers.

Idk, it just screams give us money for something that will be free info soon enough.

#

Starter decks in yugioh are a thing but you buy the deck outright. Just giving the outline but having to capture illuvials still to make it won’t work the same

I'm just brainstorming an idea i like here.

It's just a marketplace the team is not building decks. Where ppl in the community can get paid to build decks with lots of variations and strategies.

So other ppl who don't have time to watch streamers or keep up can have quick access to the best decks based on how the meta has evolved.

I guess that’s a better simpler explanation. And I like it, and I also see it being free like how in Armored Core the community makes custom paint jobs and builds and you can grab the design from community hub and easily use it as long as you have the necessary parts. It strengthens the community and brings in more players to spend money on capturing the illuvials knowing they don’t have to overthink things themselves to make a good team. I see more money for the DAO and higher playerbase / retention from free community team viewer than paid. Plus a happier community in general.
I may be entirely wrong though so hopefully we get more feedback from others to see how the scales tip.

ppl should be able to do it for free too! like a streamer, but really smart data ppl should get paid if ppl will buy.

i think ppl will pay.

$2 dollars twice a month (or less) x 70k ppl is pretty good for revdis

It can work. I’m just not certain personally whether I’m truly for the DAO doing it or just letting people offer such services themselves.

the dao should capture fees on the whole economy! but ya back door markets will prob come first lolol

hopefully we will be able to buy full "Teams" in the future

Could be interesting though probably will just be people offering bundles of illuvials that are marketed as a team
