How to Boost Sales of Illuvitars to PB3 Epic Games Players

Unless I am missing something, there isn't an easy way for Public Beta 3 players (PB3) to know they are purchasable. I think we need to add a button to where people can buy Illuvitars from the Arena PvP main menu. I suggest we add an "Buy Custom Illuvitar" just below the profile name/Illuvitar on the main menu of PB3. This would open the Illuvidex on the main website, perhaps to this page: https://illuvidex.illuvium.io/beyond/illuvitars

Or maybe we need a new landing page, explaining the basics of Illuvitar ownership and main steps on how to buy one, like setting up a wallet, adding funds, then buying/selling/bonding an Illuvitar on the Illuvidex.

The goal of course would be to drive demand for the Illuvitars from new players seeking custom profile pics for their accounts.

Another option might be a pop up window in Arena that explains Iluvitars after they have played 5 matches.

Get where it’s coming from but don’t like the optics of trying to shove payments in peoples faces. If it’s low key enough then cool though gotta be careful with the ‘Good game, now spend some money’

Maybe just if people see opponents with illuvitars and get curious they will try clicking on their empty spot and then it pops up with what illuvitars are and option to redirect to purchasing one?

They already have examples of customziation options coming soon here. Maybe they could simply add an Illuvitars button here as well.

I agree we shouldn't be pushy about it, but right now there is nothing indicating how to get these sweet PFPs that half the players are using and half the players just have a grey screen with a ?

Should be able to use a card in the near future and nft will be stored on a custodian wallet. If seamless debit/credit transactions aren’t a thing at or near launch I see us having a much rougher road than desirable ahead of us. Especially while other projects have them ready to go seemingly.

Anyone know if imx will have a bridge from polygon or another layer 2 soon at least so we can F off with eth fees?

I think it shouldn't be in your face too much. It's a hard balance but I don't think there should be a buy now button.

Just something to indicate that it is at least customizable and how to get an Illuvitar if someone wants. Currently, there is nothing. Confusing for new player imo.
