I have watched many fideos and reviews of Illuvium but some of the reviews where by players who did not watch the tutorial videos. These utubers representing the average gamer experience spent hours only in the starting area looking for reasorces and illuvials where there are none. They didn't get to experience the exploration and travel that is at the hart of the game taking them to different location so they could gather materials, mine, capture illuviels, and experience the game play loop. A tutorial, before open beta, being put into the game would greatly improve the player experience making it so people of any level can learn and enjoy this great game. Thanks and I hope you take this into consideration.
