Current Committee Structure:
Committees with a maximum of 3 advisors.
Proposed Change:
Each committee will seat up to 5 advisors.
Additional Change:
Allow for the replacement, addition or removal of committee members mid-epoch at the discretion of the IMC.
Rationale:
Broader expertise and diverse perspectives.
Avoid artificial exclusion of valuable advisors.
Deeper knowledge base for informed decision-making.
Flexibility with mid-epoch member replacements.
