In short I'd love each challenger to have an entrance like WWE. Scoriox inspired this of me in a tweet asking if I could have anything in arena what would it be.
This would see you enter the arena with your chosen Illuvial (owned).
NFT personalised entrance walk, emotes/poses, VFX, lighting, theme song (maybe even by approved feature artists or content creators?), announcer/audio grab.
And to top it off a personalised victory ranger+illuvial emote/pose. All made cinematic.
Big picture stuff - for tournaments, approved guilds or sponsors that they be able to be display their promo banners etc.
This could add value to land owners for blueprints, beyond pfps for display, sponsorships, micro-transactions, prizes/giveaways - the 9 yards for value to the economy and leveraging the massive work and detail the team have prepared for all this time.
