Simple Summary
This proposal defines how Illuvium will leverage small, predictable sales of Illuvium Zero land plots to scale fuel production to support onboarding of more players to Illuvium Overworld.
This ICCP is an addendum to IIP-37 “Allow Purchasers/Sellers to set price for Fuel” proposed by Aaron Warwick.

Strategy Sub-council has requested a 7-day extension to reconcile the best ideas from the IIP and ICCPs of the recently shared fuel proposals. We'll revert back to the community for visibility on this as SSC and IMC would then go to vote.
