The primary objective of this proposal is to enhance transparency within the DAO by implementing a peer and self-evaluation process for council members. Through this process, the DAO aims to promote accountability and ensure that council members' actions and contributions align with the DAO's values and objectives.

The evaluations will occur twice during each epoch, enabling council members to provide anonymous feedback on their peers and themselves. The aggregated evaluation scores will be made accessible to the public, fostering transparency and enabling stakeholders to gauge the effectiveness of individual contributions of each council member.

Furthermore, the IIP also includes the results of the evaluation process as a basis for an automatic IMC review of said council member and if warranted, initiate a Vote of No Confidence. This gives the DAO an objective and streamlined process to address issues with council members' performance in addition to the current VoNC mechanism in Gov V2.

This is brilliant. Professional critical reflection practice is a winner.

My only concern is, once evaluated do council members have the opportunity to improve?

This is excellent and necessary @half forge - Illuvium council members should be subject to the same internal peer reviews as employees (and employees of other similar sized businesses) if we are to be taken seriously at our current valuation.
