I purchased, what I thought, was the correct sizing for me (which was a full size above what I thought I needed due to the products being 100% cotton; shrinkage); however, when it arrived, it was WAY to small. I was then made aware of the sizing chart. After looking at the sizes in inches ('Merica), I noticed that the sizing wasn't even close to what is typical here in the USA (Illuvium's XXL = America's Medium).

To rectify my mistake, the team thankfully offered to send me the largest sizes they make if I return it. So, I go to the post office and spend $105 to send it back to Poland.

With Amazon being what it is, I have a horrible taste in my mouth from this experience and I think Illuvium has a LONG way to go. As such, my feedback is that Illuvium should strive to be more like Amazon where we have distribution/manufacturing centers/partners in different parts of the world so that the customer experience is more timely and reasonable for use cases similar to mine.

I think a localized store page would be the most practical solution to ensure sizing is appropriate for regional differences. The current scale of merch doesn't justify distribution + manufacturing spread across the world, although at some point in the future this may be a more reasonable option.
