The current rewards system makes it difficult for new entrants, so rewards system will be changed to make it easier for new entrants.

Sales in the past week at the moment are down, possible reasons could be

  1. have given up.
  2. keep the funds for Wave 2.

If it was 2, there would be no problem, but if it was 1, it would affect the future success of illuvitars.

My ideas are.

  1. compete for rankings and pay rewards based on total points for adding newly minted illuvials to the album in a one-week period.
  2. pay rewards to the top 100 newly minted illuvials power rankings in a one-week period
Pay for both 1 and 2.

As for 1. Compete for rankings based on one week's results.
As for 2, the rewards are based on the power ranking of individual illuvials, so there is a chance to get rewards even with little investment.

As for 2, the person with more money has a chance to win more rewards.
I think it's normal that the person who invests more has a chance to win more rewards, and if this is a bad thing, then it negates what Beyond is now.
But there is a chance for more people to win more rewards than in Beyond now, which is more important to me.

The point here is that it is limited to the newly minted illuvials.

  1. you may be able to cheat by removing it from the album and putting it back in the following week or moving it to another account.
  2. stabilise Beyond sales by limiting them to the newly minted illuvials.
  3. Users will be required to be more strategic when competing for rankings.
  4. Users can sell their high power items on the marketplace, or they can add them to their albums and compete for a ranking.
  5. they no longer have to maintain a ranking and they don’t need to force themselves.

the current Beyond, there will be no future turnover in the rankings and sales may decline.
I'm worried that after Wave 2, it will become something of little value, with a small group of people competing for rankings, with no new entrants.

I think that illuvitars will need a large number of users to be successful.

What about accessories?
It does not matter if the item has been minted in the past.
The reason is that it's a hassle to find them in the marketplace, and the main reason is that fewer people will put Wave 1 accessories on their Wave 2 illuvials.

idea 2.

  1. create a weekly points ranking of newly added users
  2. create a weekly power ranking for the newly added illuvials
  3. keep the total ranking as it is now.

The biggest problem is whether the people who are already investing now will understand?
I think it's quite difficult to do this.
They have already invested a lot of money.

My idea is to give out 4 weeks' worth of rewards to people ranked 1-200
If you're changing it from wave 3, then give out rewards at the end of wave 2.
They contribute very much to the treasury so I think it's too much to say that their investment is at their own risk.

What about diamonds, platinum and other rankings?
I think the way the game should be is to create a new NFT card game for illuvitars, and create a Platinum or Diamond-only competition where players compete against each other and receive rewards for playing the game.
So we don't need to make a game right now, but we need a big message that illuvitars has a big vision for the future of the game, and that we will make it a success, both as a game and as an NFT collection.

Probably even if we implement the methods described here, we won't exceed the sales of Wave 1, because in Wave 1 there are quite a lot of people who are also buying things they don't need, just only keep their rankings.

In this way, you don't have to maintain your rankings, so you can buy while you rest to a certain extent, which also means that you don't have to put big money.

As a gacha game, Beyond has the potential to create gambling addicts due to the desire to maintain rankings and to obtain rare items, which needs to be considered.
It would also be good to consider the legal risks and display a warning message before purchase,
for example, "People from countries where gacha is banned cannot purchase".

Temporarily, sales will be lower than in Wave 1, but if we can get more users, I think we can increase sales in the long run.
I think we should think long-term rather than short-term.

I think illuvitars has just started and is in an experimental stage, and there will be many changes in the future.
We can look at the sales and ranking of Wave 2 and if improvements are needed, we can make them.

I don't disagree with the opinion that the value of illuvials will be higher in the future if sales are low.
but I think that would require a lot of users, and if no one wants it, its value will decrease.

If there is a way to make illuvitars more attractive and successful, we'd like to have that discussed.
Thank you!
