Allow users to be able to burn 1 accessory in order to be able to apply its visual over another accessory of the same kind.
Rationale:
This will allow accessories which are imposible to wear if you want a higher power illuvitars to be created.
Example. Burn a clown nose to apply it's visual to a T5S3 accessory. Effectivelly making a clown nose viable for the over 9k power illuvitar.
Create more diversity at higher power illuvitars.
