#Create an Illuvitar/Accessory Burn Wallet

What about converting it to fractions of sILV, or converting them to scrap to make them be able to assemble some random or predefined accessory based on the quality and tier of the scrapped one… probably not functional right now. Would it be doable?
Imx burn wallet does exist, you just have to transfer to it. a ui to assist might be nice
On Immutable X L2, the designated burn address comprises of a L1 burn account (zero address - 0x00...0) paired with a non-zero Stark key (0x00...01).
Would sending them to this address reflect the decrease in supply?
Would make sense to have a dedicated UI integrated into the page... as many/most might not know to search for a burn address.
It's an interesting idea... IDK if it would fly as the process of converting things circumvents the marketplace/economic model. Also, it wouldn't be deflationary, or very deflationary. The benefit though is that maybe more people would participate if there were some direct benefit to burning. Otherwise, just voluntary burning might not have as many participants, as some would just hold their things while others burn.
I honestly think creating a dedicated burn function in the UI would cause more problems than it would solve. The reality is that not many people want to burn their assets. Being able to hide low tier accessories would be a much better solution for general purpose use.
If you make buttons, people will click those buttons, not read the text, and do the thing.
Like b0tch mentioned, a burn address exists where you can send things you don't want. I don't believe it "truly" reduces supply, but developers for marketplaces can disregard all assets owned by 0x00...
You can view the burn address on Immutascan, it just has a bunch of burnt stuff in there, including any d1sk that's been opened.
Makes sense. More buttons added can mean potential misclicks and costly mistakes. Better filtering or hiding of assets would def help.
Also bulk tranfers in illuvidex would be nice if one wanted to send all. TokenTrove allows bulk transfer but not everyone uses TT.
Definitely, agreed that bulk transfers would be a great option.
