Hi, I believe it would be better if there are options for more interaction with land owners. Right now, you can only buy land from someone that has listed it. It would be great if there is an option to directly contact a land owner (via IlluviDex) if you are interested in buying the land (eg. offer x ETH) or making counter-offers to people that have listed their land...
I think sorare is a good example where this is possible
Right now, if you want to have a 2x2 or 3x3 land, its quite difficult to find the owners of those lands
