I don't know about you all, but I would LOVE to see some bigger battle boards. having always that same small square board will get old, even with the beautiful landscapes of the 7 different regions.
If we could make some larger, longer and with obstacles, it would be awesome. (these would be exclusive for PVE overworld, because a different board will always mess with the balance, but it will make a REALLY fun and engaging experience for the PVE random encounters)

Hearthstone's multiple battle boards are really enjoyable to me. I think there could be some technical complication due to the way Illuvium's battle system works (i.e. that battles are already technically completed before you "view" them) related to varying the board size, but overall I think it's a decent idea.
In the interest of transparency, it has been indicated to the council that the team is not currently ready for community requested content, so unless this is already in the pipeline it's unlikely to be approved (by me) in the near future. I do really like the idea for alternate boards though, it would be especially cool if the board could roughly match the area you were exploring.
