I miss the timelines and think a large part of frustration is stemming from when a timeline is given, but not updated.
Suggestion:
Start giving estimations for timelines.
After a timeline is given by a CC or Council member, they need to give updates to that timeline when 50% of the time to the estimated date has concluded. If it’s within a week, timelines can be updated after they are missed.
When CC’s are sure about the timelines, they can go in #📣〕announcements
