Extra bot commands for PB2

Many ppl asking what is CHARM, what is Clumsy, POISON, THORNS, who tf is Tarren etc.

it would be nice if we could just write:

!charm

and get

CHARM - Charm forces a Combat Unit to move towards the Charmer.

it would speed up the process of explaining stuff to ppl

@noble sky did pin the definitions for all these stats in that Arena Discussion channel but my initial impression was that it's just a LOT to try and sort through it. So yeah, I think having bot commands like this would be pretty sweet.

I don't like the idea of people triggering these commands in main public channels though unless they're mods or CCs. It might not seem like much of an issue right now given the server activity has been at low levels... but just imagine after launch. It just takes one person typing !charm and then imagine they want to do that for every other stat... and then every other person wanting to do that as well.

So having commands like that could be useful, but I'm thinking people can be directed to the #👑〕bot-commands channel and informed about being able to use such commands in there. I also just made a similar post but regarding the actual cards themselves.

we can always change permissions later if we end up with ppl spaming them

and asking a mod to show up and answer with a bot command everytime when we are in casual conversation with someone or someone just showed up with this one quick question would not be worth the hustle and would be faster to just answer or send him to pinned message

for now i think we are quite civil here and it could work 😛

I'm not saying a mod would need to be requested to then answer with the command. Rather the mod or CC would just do it if they're already there seeing the inquiry and others would direct to the pinned message or to the bot-commands channel to use the commands themselves (just as we do now). But I see your point... hard to gauge how frequently this would be used post launch and being able to use these in #1023656572339093544 doesn't seem SO bad 😛

Curious to get @kindred moth's thoughts on this too since he'd likely be the person setting this up.

Also, is there a limit to how many commands we can program in Moz4rt? If so, could another bot serve this purpose if we decide to implement something like this?
