it would be great to have the deck reset move 1 hour every day.
for example: monday it is at 1 am utc, tuesday it is at 2am utc, and so on.
or there could be two reset times that rotate weekly
so all timezones have a chance to experience a fresh deck launch

late reply but basically what ned and pelican said
and also tournaments right now are held at server reset for fairness. meaning that for some timezones every tournament is hold at 4am - which is a huge disadvantage
