Can't publish/update mods + mods slow to appear in mod manager on boot

Sometimes when I boot up Teardown, the mod manager will only show a handful of my subscribed mods. As time goes on, more mods will gradually appear, with a stutter each time they load in. It takes about 50 seconds to a minute for them to finish loading. Another issue that arises when this happens is that any mod you want to publish/update won't be able to go through, since the Publish button is indefinitely greyed out. Normally it will be grey of half a second when you normally open the window, but when whatever this (I'm assuming cloud or TD error) happens, it stays greyed out and prevents any mod authoring interactions.

This event will randomly stop, but can last hours

Isn't too frequent, but enough to be an issue.

Hmm, are the mods are large and is everything on a HDD? 🙂
