Teardown installs but no teardown.exe or Teardown_Data folder appears. I’ve tried reinstalling Steam, changing drives, disabling antivirus, running as admin, and it still fails.
I have tried everything for the past hour, but nothing works. Does anybody have a clear idea of what is going on with my game?

Hi and sorry for the delay.
Most likely this is something blocking the game files from being created, but it feels strange in any case. Try switching the download region and clearing the download cache in Steam > Settings > Downloads.
