Multiplayer Tool mods not showing up

I tryed to play with a friend today and spent nearly an hour just trying to get modded tools to work specifically Kooshing's Gun System. When I start a lobby the mods tab on the left shows only the basic ones that are built in and the subscribed tab only shows maps I asked the discord but it was pretty dead when I did. Any help here?

First you have to select a map and after that you have to choose the mods :)
