i made a video of 50000 objects crashing(made it before), then my game crashed because of memory overload and after that i can't run screen recorder at all, just crashes when i start recording, the capture folder just becomes empty

do u have any other mods installed that are not a part of the game? for example i have some weird multiplayer mod from 2023, i mean it's files are still there

Find CPU and GPU information

Press the Windows key type in "Task Manager" or enter the shortcut, "ctrl+shift+esc"
Go to the Performance tab and look for CPU and GPU sections.
You can see the name, usage, speed, and temperature of your CPU and GPU.
Relevant information the support team will need is the name of the CPU and GPU.

upd: tried launching the game on other windows system (also windows 10) on the same pc. the game files are the same that i used on my main system and recorder worked. so i guess the game broke something in my system

deleting the appdata game foldr also didn't help

scanned trough the crash report and it turned out that somehow the empty folder file of capture was damaged and the recorder couldn't access it

just delete the capture folder itself

the mod will create a new one
