For some reason, at DX12 fps, with vsync enabled, each frame is 95fps maximum, and without vsync, 110fps maximum. Yesterday this did not happen, I already tried to reinstall the game, turned off the optimization in the fullscreen (after turning off the optimization, the game did not start). I've tried OpenGL, but its performance is terrible and for some reason consumes my entire video memory. What should I do?

Are any mods enabled? In that case, try disabling them. I'd also say that 110fps is a lot for the specs, but if it went down see if any background tasks are running e.g. windows defender searches, video streaming, audio streaming (Discord), other games, other heavy CPU/GPU tasks.

I just can't imagine how this is possible, but the problem was with the mods, namely that I didn't have them. I subscribed to the first mod I found in the workshop and everything became normal.
