Guys I just bought the game for my son but everytime he open the game it open a new black window and them crashes, what could it be help please

Find CPU and GPU information
  1. Press the Windows key type in "Task Manager" or enter the shortcut, "ctrl+shift+esc"
  2. Go to the Performance tab and look for CPU and GPU sections.
  3. You can see the name, usage, speed, and temperature of your CPU and GPU.
  4. Relevant information the support team will need is the name of the CPU and GPU.
