Find Appdata local files

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Or open file explorer and select the top search bar.
Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
Navigate to the "Teardown" folder.

720p
windowed
OpenGL
Screen Index 0

it seems like the game thinks it's 1080p but it should be 4k.. so your mouse position is 2x offset

can you test if the bug comes back if you set it to full screen again?
