will the Xbox series have a workshop for user generated content like the steam version?

It will have a workshop like PC but it won't be on console immediately when it releases because they are trying to find how to have mods from PC on console.

currently it's just mod packs that you download from the playstation or xbox store for free

they said they are exploring other methods of sharing mods to console players but for now it's just in mod pack form
