Why does my screen shake so much when I'm flying in a helicopter?

this happens with all helicopters, regardless of the mod (i've seen lot of videos on youtube, people didn't have this problem)

(not helicopter shaking, i'm getting little teleported)

try vsync adaptive maybe

in game settings

i think you can change it while being in the heli

try the other options too

same thing but it became more smooth
