No clue what I have done but usually I get around 70 to 80 FPS on Teardown today When I wanted to play the game is barely managed 20 FPS. I have installed no new mods and have not touched my settings. Anyone had the same or similar issue. It's really annoying tried to restart the game but no difference. I have a 3070Ti My old PC had a GTX card and that ran the game fine.
#Lag and lots of it?

Is this just a problem with Teardown? Has your fps changed in other games?
cpu?
Nope, just experiencing this in Teardown.
whats your coy
cpu
cause i have a rtx 3070 and i run the game at a smooth 150-160 fps idle
Let me look for you
Have you played on this new pc before?
Did you get good fps and it just suddenly switched?
Yes It has been fine
Yeah just suddenly switched.
How does one do that I am the least techincal person ever.
ohhh
that might be the promblem
Try verifying game files
you didnt update your drivers
how long ago did you get your rtx 3070 ti @vital kayak
It's not a problem with his cpu or gpu being strong enough
It's good
Just this year so around 7 8 months
you missed out on some driver updates
get geforce exeprince now
NVIDIA
NVIDIA GeForce Experience Auto Update Drivers and Optimize Game Settings
I think it's another issue but updating drivers doesn't hurt
I am doing that now
do this to
Doing that now 👍
Very weird that it suddenly switched to bad performance, only for Teardown as well
Makes me think it's something with the game, not your computer or drivers at all
you might need to get tech support
That means something was wrong
Ah
So let it fix it
How?
Idk it should automatically do it
Reverify files again
And if nothing shows up then it fixed it

Doing that now 👍
@topaz torrent
That's about where my knowledge ends, others will find this thread at somepoint and might be able to help you soon
i mean
Hopefully. Let me update my drivers and see if that does anything
1 fps is better than none
Yeah good point
but still disappointing regarding what my PC specs are
not your specs fault
Updated my divers! Geting now around 100-150 FPS
So it was a lack of updated drivers causing the lag
This thred has now been solved
ayy nice
Have fun Teardowning!
Thank you!
i told you
You also thought it might be a problem with his hardware
So I told YOU
