There's been many other posts of people saying that had this exact issue
No fix has been found yet

Others have said its a laptop issue, which is false because my laptop and desktop both don't have the issue
Some said its a windows 11 issue which is false because I'm only on windows 11, we haven't found one single thing in common between the people having the issues

I don't think it's a performance issue, someone who had the same problem said they didn't have the problem on their older laptop
