Your specs are far below the minimum requirements, so you'll generally going to have a hard time getting the game to run smoothly

You'll need a computer with a dedicated GPU, doesn't have to be super expensive though :)

I Do have 64 bit processor and operating system it is windows 10 pro with quad core and 8gb ram and with intel graphics hd family with 128 gb available space.

Yeah pretty much impossible to run Teardown without a graphics card

Only on new CPUs, which the devs didn't know it would work. You can see the need for a GPU in the Additional notes section at the bottom of Minimum System Requirements on Steam.
