Ever since a new update came out i cant hear anything anymore when playing, no matter how i teak stuff in the settings or my pc itself, everything else gives a sound, just not Teardown

This is a recent glitch that I have seen people mention a lot. When launching the game make sure to not tab out or click anywhere else. Tabbing out or clicking out of the game right after launching it breaks sound and can only be fixed by restarting the game. At least that is what I have encountered since the last update and heard a few people complain about.
Might be something else for you but for me starting the game and waiting until it is in main menu before clicking anywhere else fixes this for me.
