I've just finished making a sheet for my character on D&D beyond but idk if I've like..done it right? I dont want an OP character or for it to come across as like...mary sueish? 😭

It's pretty hard to create something overpowered unless you know what you're doing or are following a strict guide
And even if you have an overpowered build, it's about how you play and roleplay it (I would know, lol)
I have some time, so you could send the link to the sheet here for us to check out

The "mary sues" that I've encountered were either heavily homebrewed or had OP NPCs as parents / servants / friends

if you did this on dndbeyond you can share the character directly on the site

You didn't assign most of your spells, but otherwise it seems alright
You should have 1 more cantrip (you get 2 from your class and Shape Water from your race)
and you should have 3 more spells (you get 4 at level 1)

The stat spread is great, avoiding the common pitfalls
Seems a pretty standard character, not really overpowered (hard to be at level 1, but there are ways)

For a bard I would recommend taking Vicious Mockery as your cantrip and Dissonant Whispers and Healing Word as your spells (with 1 to pick whatever)
