Hi. I was just wondering what is the procedure to join new or existing dnd campaigns?

If you're looking for campaigns, the usual procedure is to keep an eye on #dnd-campaigns and #ttrpg-campaigns for games that are still looking for players.
If that's the case, you contact the poster of the game in direct messages, after which they might chat with you or ask for a small talk over voice, for you to fill out a questionnaire or something else entirely.
In short, you find a game that needs players and message the DM!
