So this is the second such item being added to a low magic(artificer and rangers) high fantasy setting (has a whole martial focused power up system) and the last one allowed one pc to make a copy of anyone they touch (100% copy) which lasted few hours so would be one extra pc copy (cld make upto proficeny bonus).

This new one I intented to be on same str lvl but am afraid I may have gone overboard so wanted to know is it alright Do note its supposed to be like a legendary artifact lvl of item and u can gain only one and cant swim and get a kryptonite in a pirate campaign upon receiving

Soku Soku no Mi
Fast Fast Fruit
(DF Charge=Proficeny bonus/PB which u regain at end of long rest)
1st stage:Can use 1 charge of DF to become faster super fast for 10 minutes and gain the Fasten mode also callked Soku Soku Man[name u pick](uses a reaction)!

For each charge used you gain one additonal turn in combat. When used you roll for intiative once more and can take a full turn again in the turn order. You can use more than 1 charge of your devil fruit charges but Soku Soku No Mi as the name suggests is really fast!

So is its burnout.

You can use one charge safely with no negative feedback to gain a turn times equal to your level devided by 5(rounded down) in same combat encounter, if you used another charge at once beyond your limit you gain one level of exhaustion. If you use one more charge you gain 2 more lvls of exhaustion. on 3, 3 more and you die. [max you can get is 4 turns in one encounter]

Outside combat:If enter the Fast Fast mode(name u pick) outside combat you can attempt everything twice or take two actions at once or gain advantage on all rolls(must decide either one), your saves your skill checks and even the movement and attempts to succded. bascially have advantage or two attempts for anything you attempt.

Passive: your movement as long as you have 1 charge of DF, your movement speed is doubled at all times. If in Fasten mode its doubled again.

2nd stage:The fasten mode time limit is increased to 1 hour. Using 2 charge of fasten mode you can gain benefits of a long rest in 4 hours instead of 8 hours. doing so you will still lose 2 charge of DF at end of that long rest.
(If you had 6 and used this feautre after long rest you will have 4)

[This long rest dose not count in recovery for Awakening exhaustion lvls]

3rd stage:You can use your action or reaction to touch someone else and give them the fasten mode for 1 round(can use both action and reaction to fasten two people or same person twice, the same lvl exhaustion ratio applies to target).

Also once per turn you can use your action to move upto your movement speed as a reaction as long as you have 1 charge of your df without expending any charges or entering Fast Fast mode.

4th stage:Awakening:You can use 4 charges of your DF charges to enter "God Of Speed/Insert your name for this mode" mode. In it you can take a turn after everyone's else turn. All of your damage dice rolls are doubled and you can add your Proficeny Bonus to your AC. This mode lasts for 1 min and you gain 4 lvls of exhaustion which cannot be removed by any means until after 6-half your proficeny bonus number of days later.

you can use this fasten effect on someone else aswell.

Mastered:You can enter awakning mode for 1 turn instead of 1 minute and you only gain 1 lvl of exhaustion.
