Yeah, but what's the vibe
Is it a powerful spellcaster? An Undead? A giant monstrosity? Or maybe a chessmaster at work?

Just generally Hollow Knight bosses have great OST
And Inscryption is also great if you're looking for something that more fits the vibe of actually playing the game. I find that if you're not fully into it, music from turn based games fits a bit better since it's made with intent to not disrupt you strategizing

There’s really a vast amount to work with. Depends on the tone of your final boss character… I know I’m partial to more than a few final fantasy and touhou songs
