What do you think should happen if you visit that url? /webcam will lead to the 8080 port, but you are now trying to call the /webcam endpoint on 8080 that doesn't exist

thought it is the way to view the camera output. Same as http://192.168.0.241/webcam/?action=stream or settings > webcam > add webcam
http://192.168.0.241/webcam/?action=stream or http://192.168.0.241/webcam/ are correct. If you set no_proxy: true, you can use http://192.168.0.241:8080?action=stream or http://192.168.0.241:8080

Try to set custom_flags=: -m YUYV and see if you get an image

Reboot is unnecessary

Then set delete_log: true and log_level: debug and send a new log, after you tried to look at the stream once

Sry for the late reply, but it just throws errors. Nothing I can do about it

Is the cam connected directly to the Pi?

If so, try with a powered USB Hub
