camera keeps freezing what can i do to fix it

First you should fix your settings. At the top your settings, from half of the image down, the supported settings of your cam

So there is no 2560x1440 resolution and it cannot do 60fps at all

Then you should show us your cam settings in Mainsail

Most likely your network connection is not good enough to run that high of a resolution and therefore it hangs up every now and then

ok i changed all of that is there any way to add a zoom out with correct resolution it seems zoomed in

Try one of the other resolutions. No idea, what the correct aspect ratio is

Maybe 16:9, then you should use 1920x1080

its a 1080 camera but set to 1080 its way zoomed in

Then try the 2592x1944 or 2048x1536

Or 1600x1200

#

Or any other resolution you can find in your log
