after PI restart, no module found, cant access mainsailos.local

after a hard restart, I am unable to access the mainsailos.local site. the raspberry pi boots fine, although when i try to sign in locally on the pi it gives me a " no module found" error and prompts me to re-enter my password. if I type a wrong password it does give me the incorrect password error so I know im using the right password
I typically unplug my pi and turn off my printer after each session, although when I did it last I have not been able to connect since.

I cannot sign into the pi although it is not telling me incorrect password.

There is a problem with the tags you selected for this post. Please fix them to fit your question.

so I currently cannot login to my pi to get logs, I took out the sd card and showed a screenshot of the contents although I know thats not what you want,
I dont believe I can access the /temp/logs file on my pi without being signed in?
I am willing to get any logs or do anything I can I am googling a lot just nothing is leading me where i need
