Hello, my setup: Mainsail web server on local network open in Firefox on Android. I open the G-CODE FILES section, click upload, select Drive, browse to the file, but the file is greyed out and cannot be selected. If I first download the file in the Google Drive app to the phone and then I click upload and browse local files, that file is selectable and uploadable... How can it made to work? Thanks.

I'm not 100% certain, but that shouldn't be a limitation of Mainsail, but either Firefox or Android
Hello, thanks for the reply. Does the Web page or the button somehow specify the file type or extension or MIME context?
As you can easily see, if you just upload a file, there is no file type specified. I recommend to just try any other site, that let's you upload files, to see if you can choose the google drive files. But I don't think that it will work, as those drive files of yours are not locally stored.
It's also possible that it's not possible, because it's some other app
The whole file choosing should be handled completely by the browser
The MIME type or the file type also don't change, just because you download a file locally
