When i Home all axis, the X and Z are working, but the y isn't. It goes back and stops mid air touching nothing.

Did you follow the documentation for setting up sensorless homing?

You need to calibrate it

follow the link aubey posted. it describes how to set the sensorless homing sensitivity. it looks like your threshold is too sensitive and the printer "thinks" its already at the end of the y axis.
It could also help to move the axis with all motors of and try it again.

@toxic zealot i changed the tag from mainsail to klipper, because mainsail is only a webinterface. all hardware stuff or movements are klipper things!
