Hello people! Is anyone having problems with Klipper and Mainsail suddenly stopping working in the middle of a print? I had this issue a lot of times since some weeks ago and it is not the print, because it can print the file once and the next time stop in the middle. Apart from this, I've tried changing the pi and used an rpi 4 and btt pi, and same issue on both.

pls doublecheck your connection to your printer:

yes, I have the right path and it works some times

#

the thing is that is disconnecting suddenly for no reason during the prints

#

and then displays this error

#

after that, some times can reconect again after this issue and other times, take a lot of tries or have to completely shutdown the system for some minutes to make it react again

#

I also reflashed the printer board

if it works "some times" i would change the usb cable. looks like a broken cable

#

Oh, yes that can be also a problem 😓

#

I'm doing a 4h print right now and if it don't fails will change it after that

I would try to power it again and than move the head a little in X and Y. You might have a broken wire in your head connection that causes a short against ground. That would then short the 5V supply of your (most likly SKR 1.4 Turbo) and would make the board to disappear.

#

That seams to me the more likly failure case here
