Hey.
Just installed an revo uppgrade to my Hemera, and switched to a 0.8 nozzel, from 0.4

And changes the settings neede to change from 0
4 to 0.8 in my orca slicer

What settings do I need change to get rid of this nonsens?

Error : Move exceeds maximum extrusion (0.652mm^2 vs 0.640mm'2)

Everything worked fine before this.

The error should tell you the klipper docs section to look at. It should be max_extrude_cross_section: https://www.klipper3d.org/Config_Reference.html#extruder
You most likely didn't increase the nozzle_diameter in Klipper
